 Enjoying little visitors!
Painting logs inspired by Rabbit Portal
Eating plum cake with prums from our plot. Very easy to make - it was my first trie and it turned out to be a really fresh, light summer pie.

So give some loving- bake a pie for friends or family!

Here comes the recipe:
Cook time: 1 hour
Serves: 6-8

150 gram melted butter
3 egs
150 g sugar ( i used caster sugar)
8 g vanilla sugar
250 g self-rising flour
1,2 dl milk
900 g plums

Use a round cake pan.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until it is sparkling. Using a spatula, mix it gentle with the self-rising flower. Add the milk and butter and mix it with a hand guard.
Set the oven at 170C (338 degrees F). Cut the ripe plums in half and remove their stones.

Put a small layer batter in the cake pan and put 3/4 of the plums on it. Then add rest batter and pressure the last plums in it.
Bake for one hour. Cool down in cake pan. Serve cold.
