Last saturday I had a great day picking apples with one of my best friends.

  Time for deep sharing as well as fun!

Afterwards, we shared our recipes and made food for the soul. A perfect combination of being in nature,(easy) physical exercise and "Quality time". 

A new ritual is born.

Today, I have the Baby Blues

For some years now, overwhelming emotions come and go

I try not to run away

  but pay attention to the pain

and actually experience it

So called Open awareness

I am learning
to take care of the wound

to ride the waves of emotions

 to be kind to myself

Compassionate attention

So, this morning

Instead of studying

I made a soja latte

lighted a candle 

and that was it

Just being there

Afterwards

I went hiking with the dog

in the forrest

Nurturing Nature

did her work

Grumpy Old Doors

I have this Door Fetish; where ever I- am I always search for beautiful, grumpy old doors.

Especially old wooden ones.

Weathered and thoroughly dilapidated.

With a personal note or message.

In modern literature, the doorway symolizes the opportunity to actually make a difference in the world. It is said that people who are more willing to make a difference in the world have an easier time walking through the doorway then others.

Is that way I am always focusing on doors?
